Synopsis
As one evil falls, another rises in its place. The powerful witch, Desdemona, has finally been killed by an alliance of wolf, elf, and fae. But Reyaz, brother to Cypher the warlock king, has vowed retribution for a life that was taken from him. Now Cypher must decide not only how to protect his newfound mate and his people, but also how to destroy the only family he has left.
Meanwhile, Jen’s pregnancy progresses and the fateful due date draws ever nearer. The thought of losing Decebel’s child constantly threatens to overwhelm her. With each passing day, Decebel grows more distant, causing Jen to wonder what toll the impending loss of their child is taking on him. Unbeknownst to Jen, in an act of desperation to protect his unborn child and mate, Decebel strikes a deadly bargain with the Great Luna—his life in place of his child’s. There is only one way for that to happen; the bond between he and Jen must be broken.
As Jen as Decebel struggle through their darkness, another kind of darkness is infiltrating Fane’s heart. Doubts and questions linger as he tries to cope with the emotions brought on in the aftermath of Desdemona’s curse. He knows what happened wasn’t real, but still he can’t rid himself of the terrible images seared into his memory. Jacque is his light, the one who keeps the darkness at bay, yet he won’t let her inside to do just that.
Sally continues to learn what it means to be a gypsy healer and Costin struggles to protect her as she runs full speed ahead to help her wolves, heedless of her own safety. She sees her best friends struggling, each enduring their own trials. She’s desperate to help them, but can she keep them safe?
With all of these things hanging heavy over the heads of the Serbia and Romania packs, their attention is divided. The wolves do not even realize a threat has slowly infiltrated their midst. Will they recognize the threat in time to save the lives that precariously hang in the balance?
Against this backdrop of darkness, choices will be made, fears will confronted, and the ultimate sacrifice will be made. Will the wolves stand together to defeat the threats arrayed against them, both from within and without? Will love conquer all? Or will the beleaguered wolves finally succumb to their demons?

"How difficult is it to have so many strong male characters and give them each such distinct personalities"
Some days are more challenging than others. *Laughs out loud*For me writing strong males is second nature because it’s what I’m attracted to. I’m married to someone who is as dominant as Decebel, if not more and I love him for it. I think what would be challenging for me would be to write a weak male, I don’t even know if I could honestly.
Now once you have the strong male, getting the personalities so distinct can be a bit challenging but I think once you form an idea in your mind of what that male looks like and how he acts, then his personality begins to shape itself and writing it becomes instinctive. When I wrote Costin’s character I knew I wanted a funny guy, a jokster, but like all my males he had to be strong. So because he had that little bit of goofiness in him it was easy to write him and make him not look like Decebel. *scratches head* I hope that makes sense.
For me the characters become who they are as I write them. I rarely form a character in totality before I’ve written a single thing about them. My characters personalities begin to develop on the page as I write not while I’m sitting and thinking. I think it’s because my creative thought process just works better in motion and when I’m writing it’s like my mind is in motion. Again, I hope that makes sense.
Quinn that made perfect sense to me! Thank you for taking the time to write it and Thank you for a perfect ending to an amazing series! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us in the future!
Excerpt
Decebel watched as his mate walked to the pack jet, her shoulders pulled back proudly, and her head held high. She wouldn’t cower, not his woman. No matter how her heart ached, she wouldn’t allow the outside world to know it. His hands clenched into fists at his side and the swirl of fear and regret churned in his gut. He should just let her go. There was no need to draw this out, but the further she got from him, the more desperate his wolf fought to be free, to run to their mate. To hell with it, he thought as he walked quickly to her.
“Jennifer,” his voice was rough with emotion and he knew that his eyes were glowing. She whipped around, surprised by him. He took advantage of catching her unaware and grabbed her face, pulling her to him. Her mouth parted instinctively as his tongue pushed in. Her flavor flooded his taste buds and he savored it swallowing her down and reveling in the response shegave him. Her arms wrapped around his neck and she pulled him closer. He held her for a few seconds longer before finally pulling away and stepping back.
“I love you and I am still the man who claimed you. Never doubt that again.” Before she could respond he turned and walked away.
Jen looked over at Cynthia who looked as shocked as she felt.
“If anything, he’s still as bossy as ever,” Cynthia told her.
Jen grinned and they started towards the plane again, “And too sexy for his own good. If he were ugly I totally wouldn’t put up with it.”
Nikki's 5+++++ Star Review:
Where do I even begin to tell you how much I truly love this series? There are no words accurate enough to describe it. I first found this series while browsing the free section on Amazon and came across Prince of Wolves. Both the title and cover jumped out at me so I decided to take a chance on a book and author I knew nothing about. I'm so glad I did! I fell in love with the characters and their story before I even finished the book. I've been stalking Quinn online ever since. lol. But enough about me and onto the reason why you're here. Sacrifice of Love. I have to say, it could not have ended better for the characters I've grown so attached to. I'm terribly sad that the series is over but I'm very satisfied with how it ended.
Quinn's writing is powerful, but if you've made it to book 7 then I'm sure you already know that. I felt right along with the characters. They weren't just something I was reading, I felt as if I was experiencing with them. Their joy, their pain and sorrow. I cried for them; with them. At one point I even had chills! I've only ever had 1 book make me as emotional as Sacrifice of Love did. Only 1. I felt as though after 7 books that I was apart of their quirky team. I laughed at Jen's inappropriate humor and Jacque's smart mouth and I nurtured with Sally. And of course, I can't forget the deliciously delectable Alpha males we love to drool over! Ladies, these men stole our hearts long ago and they still have them!!
I HIGHLY recommend this series to anyone looking for HOTT Alpha males, some serious action scenes and true love like we only dream about! If you've read any of this series then I hope you see it through! Read it until there is no more to read and then read everything Quinn has put out and puts out in the future. She will always have a fan for life in me!
